The event is held rain or shine. The 2 km or 5 km walk is followed by a free lunch for participants, and concludes around 1:30 pm. There is ample time for those in attendance to win prizes, enjoy family activities, and visit organizations to access valuable resources under one roof.
Admission is free. Register by emailing westmanwellness@gmail.com or online at westmanwellness.ca or on site the day of the event. Pre-registration is encouraged and appreciated.
