Westman Immigrant Services (WIS) offers free appointments to newcomers in Cartwright, Killarney and Boissevain areas to assist them with a variety of services related to settlement and adjusting to life in Canada. Our office is located in Cartwright, but we are available to the entire region.

Cartwright Office: Monday to Thursday 8:30AM-4:30PM
Lakeland Regional Library-Killarney: Thursdays 9AM-12PM
Boissevain Municipal Offices- Thursdays 1-4PM
